In the university I had to do only two levels of English: 3 and 4. Level 3 I studied in the Faculty of Arts and the experience was very good, with pedagogical dynamics very similar to those of ICEI, where I did level 4.

On both levels, my confidence was mainly worked on when speaking in public. I assumed that I did not know certain things that I did know. For example, holding a conversation was unthinkable for me, but on both levels I realized that I could do it.

In relation to blogs, I think it's a very good activity to train writing. I enjoy writing a lot, and I think there is a correct emphasis in this area.

I would like to improve my ability to listen and understand what people  tell me. Many times I don't  understand complete ideas and I'm left with remnants of information. It happens to me especially when someone speaks. One way to improve this aspect would be, perhaps, watching more movies or series in this language. The films that I usually see are not English-speaking, and those that are contain few dialogues. I should see some series with the only purpose of training my listening comprehension skills.

Another thing that costs me is to express myself: I usually confuse some verb tenses, but over time I have realized that this is not so serious: the same English-speaking natives happen to them when they speak Spanish. I currently use the language only in the English course. I plan, anyway, to use it in the near future. I would like to go to an experimental film course in California, and there I will need to speak at least well.
