The draft law "Safe Classroom"
The draft law "Safe Classroom" aims to empower the Director to drive out those students who carry out violent acts against the educational community. In other words, it is a draft law that aims to remove a young man who is not able to control his impulses of anger. Move him or her away, in order to teach him or her a lesson. However, with common sense, there is nothing about learning; rather frustration it will become anger.
The imaginary subject that would eventually be expelled to the margins of society, inevitably, would lead him to the abyss of free time. Time that, a group, minor or major (I bet by minor, anyway, considerable number), would occupy to commit a crime. And the affected one would no longer be a teacher or a young student: will be a distracted passerby in the closest of cases. In the next one, towards the end, that marginalized subject will initiate a centrifugal circle of violence, which will elevate his impulses to the possibility of even ending someone's life.
It is a very bad draft law and I think the main focus is to keep students in line so they can't protest for their rights. I don't think it's right to give the Director of a school that much power.
ResponderBorrarI hope this draft law doesn't see the light, as it tries to make people belive that the problem resides in a troublesome student and not in the educational system in it's whole.
